Driver & Spectator Info
Driver Information
Entry fee is minimum £20. Cash is preferred but for the 2025 run we will have a SumUp machine for contactless payment.
Entry is from 2:30pm and we would love to have everyone ideally in by 5pm! We ask to make sure your vehicle is first of all road compliant and has all the relevant insurances & taxed etc.
Please decorate your vehicle. We put in a lot of effort all year round and we enjoy seeing everyone make the effort as much as you can.
Tractors, Lorries & Escort Vans only.
Strictly no cars.
We will have 3 categories for judging:
- Best decorated tractor
- Best decorated truck
- Best decorated escorted van
You are responsible for your own vehicle.
Spectator Information
We will have our volunteers with donation buckets along the route for people to donate but if you don’t carry cash we will have a QR code for you to scan to donate to our just giving page.
We are looking to have a live tracker for people to view exactly where we are so you can sit in car/house etc and keep warm until we are close!
Please wrap up warm and be dressed for all weather.
The map will be updated so that you know where all the best places are to park and view the run.
